In preparation for the first workshop, we have been in continuous coordination with the participating partners. Together, we selected the workshop venues, accommodations, and catering options, while also finalizing all mobility event details. The four-day event will take place in Rzeszów and has been jointly planned with our Polish and Romanian partners, ensuring thorough discussions and organization of every aspect—from travel arrangements to working group sessions.
The four-day program will be highly active, as young participants and working groups will take part in a crucial event, laying the foundational elements of the project. Meeting with local decision-makers is always a key component of participatory projects, and this will also be the case in Rzeszów, where participants will be welcomed at the City Hall.
Special emphasis has been placed on involving as many young people with fewer opportunities as possible in both the project and its four-day workshop. Additionally, we aim to ensure that their insights and suggestions are prominently reflected in the later stages of the project.
