The first three months of our Twinning Together Erasmus+ participatory project have been active and productive. To ensure intensive and effective communication, we established the internal communication channels within the first few days. Soon after, we began organizing the first event, which took place in Nyíregyháza.
During our kick-off meeting, we clarified the goals, expected impact, and the framework and opportunities for cooperation with the participating partners and participants from Rzeszów, Satu Mare, and Nyíregyháza.
To ensure effective external communication, we launched our central project website during the first month. This website serves a dual purpose: on the one hand, it presents the project to external stakeholders and professionals; on the other hand, it provides youth professionals from the participating cities with adaptable and transferable methods, events, and ideas through examples of good practices in youth work. The first media reports about the project have been published, and coordinated communication has also started among the participating organizations regarding dissemination across various platforms.
