As part of the Twinning Together Erasmus+ participation project, the lead applicant organization held several informal coordination meetings during the first five months. Staff members of Mustárház (The Mustard Seed House) and the Kulturális Életért Közhasznú Egyesület (Public Benefit Association for Cultural Life) participated in preparatory meetings both in Szatmárnémeti (Satu Mare) and Rzeszów. These meetings had a dual purpose: on one hand, to assess the local conditions of the municipalities and the capacities of the partner organizations, and on the other hand, to coordinate the different work phases, organize effective internal and external communication, and prepare the mobility events. Through these meetings, the participating partners gained a comprehensive understanding of the project, its objectives, and also had the opportunity to get to know each other better. These steps are essential for ensuring an active and high-quality project.
