The workshop provided an opportunity to discuss the project again, to set up working groups, and to plan the activities in time. In the first part of the four-day event, we did an icebreaker, then reviewed the tasks completed in the past period, such as the project events, dates, goals, and the website. After that, we dealt with learning processes and the Youthpass, and following the review of the Gantt chart, we got to know the youth ladder. In the evening, a city tour and a joint program strengthened the friendship among the participants. On the second day, we went through the possibilities of involving those with fewer opportunities, and then we started to set up the working groups: website developer, content creator, questionnaire designer, translator, and collector of good practices. We also delved into the mysteries of the SWOT analysis. The evening ended with visiting a concert. On the third day, the working groups started their work separately and, by cooperating, immersed themselves in the activities. In the afternoon, there was an opportunity to meet a decision-maker, who expressed joy about this special cooperation and at the same time outlined the youth development directions of Rzeszów. On the fourth day, we planned the next events and included a bonus workshop in March, since we experienced that, because of the abundance of tasks, the participants needed this. After the evaluation, we finalized the tasks.
