The second workshop of the project – and the third one in total due to the bonus event – was
organised in Satu Mare.
On the first day, after arrival, we held introductory and ice-breaking activities, as several members
had changed since the previous workshop, especially on the Polish side. During the rest of the day,
we reviewed our tasks and assessed the current status of each activity. Special attention was given to
the learning objectives and to defining them individually for each participant.
On the second day, the working groups continued their activities, with a particular focus on the
website and content creation team, as well as the translators, as these areas had fallen slightly
behind in recent weeks due to the progress of the project. Naturally, city sightseeing and leisure
activities were also included, as many participants were visiting Satu Mare for the first time.
On the third day, in the morning, we had the opportunity to meet the Mayor and local decision-
makers at the City Hall of Satu Mare. Afterwards, we continued the evaluation work, and the working
groups aimed to finalise their tasks. The greatest challenge proved to be the collection of good
practices, as participants found it difficult to clearly grasp what is meant by a “good practice”.
On the final day, we once again reviewed the learning processes, discussed the upcoming tasks, and
evaluated the event. We also agreed that the final meeting will take place in September in
Nyíregyháza.
